We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to equip underserved communities with the technology, training, and resources necessary to access career development opportunities.
Our initiatives are funded through strategic local, state, and federal partnerships, alongside generous private donations. Founded by UCLA and UC Berkeley grads, we aim to level the playing field in professional early talent acquisition for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

2020
A team of UC Berkeley and UCLA grads founded a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on helping BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) students secure internships at leading companies in consulting, investing, and technology. Achieved a 100% internship success rate by leveraging tailored mentorship and strategic partnerships.
2022
Selected for the UCLA Social Enterprise Academy to help us create a sustainable revenue generating venture that would enable us to scale our impact throughout the nation
2023
WorkUp, a for-profit corporation, is developed and Accelerated at UC Berkeley, UCLA, USC, and Stanford. It leverages state of the art technology to offer video job listings, AI agents for auto-applying, AI resume building, ATS match checks, job-specific AI resume generation, AI interview preparation, and personalized coaching that guides students through the recruitment process from start to finish. It's partners and sponsors now include industry giants like Microsoft, Google, NVIDIA, etc.
